Observations:
North Carolina moves on the 1 line, for now. Realistically, if Tennessee or Kentucky wins the SEC tournament, they will probably jump the Tarheels for #1 seed.
Indiana and Creighton jump in replacing St. John’s and Seton Hall – the Big East Tournament is going to impact the at-large bids this year, and St. Mary’s hangs on to the final at-large team.
